This website, esperfilm.com, is operated by Mark Esper, Choriner Straße 42, 10435 Berlin, Germany. This policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit or use this site, and how it’s handled.
What I collect
If you use the Contact form or Project Enquiry form, I collect whatever you choose to provide, typically your name, email address, and the details of your message or project. This information is used only to respond to you and, where relevant, to discuss a potential project. It is not sold, shared, or used for marketing.
I do not run a newsletter, and this site has no e-commerce or payment functionality, so no payment or financial data is collected at any point.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Jetpack Stats, a basic analytics tool that records anonymised visit data (such as pages viewed and general location) to help me understand how the site is used. It does not identify you personally.
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site function.
Embedded content and share links
Some pages include embedded YouTube videos and an Instagram feed. These may set their own cookies if you interact with them (for example, playing a video). I don’t control this data collection, YouTube’s and Instagram’s own privacy policies apply to that interaction.
Portfolio pages also include share links for Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter). These links only take you to that platform’s own share interface if you click them, they do not track your visit or set cookies simply by being present on the page.

As a data subject under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

- Ask for it to be corrected or deleted
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Object to how it’s processed
